When you come on to work with us, we will do a full assessment of where you’re currently at and your goals. We will review your schedule, your food preferences, your dietary restrictions and health history. Based on all of that information, we will build you a tailored meal plan to get you the best results possible. We put a strong emphasis on doing things the healthiest way possible. Our meal plans are designed to help you burn bodyfat & build muscle wile keeping you satisfied. We also put a strong emphasis on quality ingredients so that you can improve your gut health, skin, energy & mood.

All of our meal plans come complete with macros, along with substitutions so that you can enjoy a good amount of variety throughout working with us.

HealthNU Smart Plans:

The HealthNU app comes with a brand-new feature called Smart Plans. Our smart plans allow us to make brand new meal plans for you every single week so that you can have delicious, healthy meals with tons of variety. These come complete with cooking directions, video tutorials and the ability to select how many servings you would like to make, so you can meal prep for yourself and your family, too.
